What is Caffeine? Caffeine is a natural substance, most commonly found in plants like Coffee, Tea, and to a lesser extent in Cocoa. In its nascent chemical form, Caffeine is bitter White Crystalline Xanthenes Alkaloid, which belongs to a specific Class of Alkaloids, called the Methylxanthines.
