Live Lean Today offers a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 per order.  Free shipping is offered for all orders over $50.  Free shipping will be an option during the checkout process.

Live Lean Today chooses the best option for shipping based on the size, weight, and location of each shipment.

Expedited Shipping

Live Lean Today rarely does expedited shipping though can be done at an additional charge.  Please contact customer service if this is a service you request.

Customer Account

During the checkout process you will be asked to create an account.  This account is used to update tracking information and communicate order details.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1 business day.  A tracking number will be sent by email once your order shipped.  You can log into your account and find shipping details.

All communication about any delays or issues with an order will be through email.  Please check your spam folder if have not seen any emails.  

Live Lean Today ships Monday through Friday.  There is no shipping on holidays and weekends. 

APO and PO Boxes

Live Lean Today does ship to APO and PO Box addresses.
