i have lost over 45 lbs. with products such as this one. i will admit u will lose weight quickly from ur inability to eat from nauseum and sickness tyoe symptoms. they weight will fall right off. the first two weeks of jitters and physical/emotional uneasiness will payoff. take every day for a couple of days. breaks definately needed
