XNGF 90 ct. by Xyience provides Mucuna pruriens, Alpha-GPC, and Bacopa monniera, which collectively promotes the secretion of HGH. Mucuna is an herb that naturally contains L-Dopa, a peptide which has been shown to promote HGH secretion. Macuna Pruriens 660mg (Standardized 15% L-Dopa) Alpha GPC 400mg Bacopa monniera extarct 50mg (standardized to 20% bacosides A&B

Other Ingredients: Fructose sorbitol, natural flavor, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, cellulose, croscarmellose, sucralose.

Directions: (Adult) Take one or two capsules daily (in the morning, 30 minutes to one hour before a meal and in the evening 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime. The maximum recommended dosage of XNGF for a healthy adult, is no more than four capules in a 24 hour period.
