Synephrine is the main "active" compound found in the fruit of a plant called Citrus Aurantium. Chemically, Synephrine is very similar to ephedrine and pseudo-ephedrine, yet much safer, and is thought to have similar effects in terms of providing an energh boost and increasing metabbolic rate leading to the burning or more calories.
