Ingredients: Protein Blend (Micellar Casein - Natural from Milk Protein, Whey Protein Concentrate - Milk Protein, Peptide Bonded Glutamine, Egg Albumen), Dutch Cocoa, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sunflower Oil, Low DE Maltodextrin, Thickening Agents (Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Disodium Phosphate), Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Cellulose Gum (for Smoothness), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium).

Directions

Thoroughly mix contents of one package into 5 ounces (150 ml.) of cold water. Immediately pour into desired serving container. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes to allow pudding to set. Best when using a high speed mixer although shaker cup will work sufficiently well.
