I have lost 8 pds in 3 weeks that I have been using this product. It takes away the hunger and makes me feel full all day. I don't even want to eat when it is time. I really like the product.

I was a bit hesitant to try this product because I've never tried diet pills..but after reading alot of reviews I decided to try it. It's amazing! I have lost 6 pounds in 5 days and I've been really healthy too. I eat every time I'm hungry, (5 meals a day) but everything I eat is very, very healthy. I am very strict. I also go to the gym every day and on my two days "off" I go to the gym and do light yoga. This pill is great...I have had no side effects. Make sure to drink loads of water. It also makes you release your stool more often and more consistently. It does reduce your appetite a bit but it also changes what you crave! I don't crave fatty sweet things or fried foods. All in all a great product and in conjunction w/ a very strict diet like mine whenre you eat nutritious meals various times a day and DON'T STARVE plus a great workout routine....you'll see the difference!! Not only have I lost the weight, but all my flabby parts have become firm again as well. It burns alot of fat and lets you build your muscle for a lean, toned look.

Anyone who has been using Slim Quick Extreme did you notice you had more energy? I am looking for something to boost my energy without the gitters.
