Directions

Initial (First Serving): To assess your individual tolerance combine 1/2 scoop of Golden Finish with 4 oz water and consume it after your workout. Shake well before drinking. Usage: On workout days, take one serving (3 scoops) after your training session with 20 oz. of ice cold water for a creamier smoothie or take it with 40 oz. of ice cold water for a thinner shake.
