The Sci-Fit Nutrition company began in 1991 and was founded by James Vercellotti during his final year of exercise physiology at Penn State University. The inspiration for the beginning of the company came from the impending birth of James and his wife mary's first child Victoria. The company started in a small room in the city of Oakmont, CA and the headquarters remain there even now years later.
Since its inception, Sci-Fit has continued to develop many, many products and its catalog has grown to close to 600 products between the two lines of Sci-Fit and Natures Science. Sci-Fit is available in all 50 states and 13 other nations, and is famous for products like Hoodia 1500EX, Muscle Smoothie, and Shake-a-Whey.
