The BOSU ball is a versatile and very durable piece of exercise equipment fo ruse in the gym or in the home. BOSU, which stands for both sides up, is great for just that, using it with the ball side down or base side down to integrate dozens of easy and challenging exercises for all fitness levels. Work the upper body with unstable pushups, lay on the ball side and perform crunches and get rock hard abs, or stand on top of it and do squats to tone the hips, legs and thighs.
