5:45am: 2 Atrophex, 12oz orange juice
6:15am: 4 Nitrix
6:30am: Train for 60 minutes
8:00am: 1sc CellMass
8:45am: 10-12 egg whites, 1-2 granola bars
11:00am: 4 Nitrix
11:30am: 2sc Syntha-6 (any flavor)
1:30pm: 2 cups pasta/noodles, 10oz chicken, 2 cups broccoli
2:30pm: Triple Grande Mocha Latte’
5:00pm: 2sc Lean Dessert Protein
7:00pm: 15-20minutes stair master (at my house)
8:00pm: Healthy dinner, usually 10oz fish or chicken, veggies and rice.

3pm: 2scoops Lean Dessert Protein with 16oz ice cold H2O
4:30pm: 4 Nitrix, Mix (1) scoop lemon lime NO XPlode with 4oz of EndoRush and 8oz of Diet Sprite.
5pm: Weights plus 3-6 mile run…app 90 minutes
